Made from 100% organically grown Chardonnay grapes—the same grape that Champagne is made from—this wine has flavors of crisp, ripe apple and tart lemon. Beautifully balanced with just a touch of sweetness to counter the natural acidity of sparkling wine.
Excellent served by itself, in a spritz, or in a classic Champagne Cocktail.
